Dedicated to helping children and families grow.

Compassionate expertise, practical results.

I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a certification as a Behavioral Specialist. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and centered on what matters most: the child and family in front of me.

I work collaboratively with families to develop strategies that are realistic and effective in everyday settings - not just in a clinical office, but at home, at school, and in the community.

About Natasha C. Collins, MSW

I am a licensed Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate of Rutgers University and a Certified Behavioral Specialist with nearly two decades of experience supporting children, youth, and families across New Jersey. My work spans in-home behavioral support, therapeutic counseling, academic advising, and community-based care, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the many factors that shape a child's development and wellbeing.

My background in both early childhood and elementary education, combined with my graduate training in social work, allows me to bring a uniquely integrated approach to behavioral support. I understand how children learn, how families function, and how the systems around them can either support or complicate growth.

Over the years I have worked with youth ages 5 through 21 in a wide range of settings, including in-home services, telehealth, correctional education, behavioral health programs, and community organizations. I have partnered with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans that are grounded in each client's strengths and tailored to their real-life circumstances.

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to client-centered, strengths-based practice. I believe every child has the capacity to grow, and every family has the ability to build the tools they need to thrive. I am here to walk alongside you in that process.
